WiyiMatch

Delete your account and data

Here's how to delete your WiyiMatch: Match & Cook account and the data linked to it. The fastest way is from inside the game.

Option 1: in the game (iPhone and Android)

  1. Open WiyiMatch while signed in (Sign in with Apple or Google).
  2. Go to My adventure or open the ⋯ menu.
  3. Tap Delete my account and data and confirm both prompts.
  4. If the game asks, sign in again with Apple or Google to confirm it's you.
  5. When it's done, you'll see a confirmation message and you can keep playing as a guest.

Deletion happens right away. If something goes wrong (for example, no connection), the game lets you know and your account stays as it was, so you can try again.

On some Android versions, the button opens this page instead of deleting from the game. If so, use option 2 or update the app.

Option 2: by email

  1. Email asalazars1951@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete WiyiMatch account” and say you want your account deleted. You can include your player name to help us find it.
  3. If we need to verify that the account is yours, we'll contact you by email. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

Request deletion by email

If you don't have an email app set up, copy the address above and send the request from your email service. Email requests are handled manually within the applicable legal time frames; you can check the status by replying to the same thread.

What gets deleted

Afterward, you're a guest on that device. Your Apple or Google account itself is not deleted.

Device data and retention

Deleting in the game also removes that account's local copy. To remove guest progress saved on your device, uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone's settings. Uninstalling alone does not delete cloud data.
