Is WiyiMatch free?
Yes. WiyiMatch: Match & Cook is free to play on iPhone and Android, and it includes ads.
When do ads appear?
The first 5 levels are ad-free. Starting at level 6, an ad may play between levels, and a short notice appears for about a second before it starts so you don't tap it by accident. Some ads are optional: you can choose to watch them for a reward.
Can I play in English?
Yes. The game is available in English and Spanish. You choose your language the first time you open the game, and you can change it anytime from the ⋯ menu > Language.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play as a guest and your progress is saved on your device. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your progress is backed up to the cloud and you can appear on the leaderboards.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by completing levels and goals in the game. You can use them for boosters. Points can't be exchanged for money, gift cards, or products.
What if an ad doesn't load or I don't get my reward?
Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the game. If it keeps happening, send us a report with the level, the approximate time, and your device model.
What if the game crashes or won't progress?
Restart the app and check for an update in the App Store or Google Play. If the problem continues, send us the details so we can look into it.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your WiyiMatch account right from the game:
- Open WiyiMatch and make sure you're signed in.
- Go to My adventure or open the ⋯ menu.
- Tap Delete my account and data and confirm twice.
- If asked, sign in again with Apple or Google to confirm it's you.
This permanently deletes your WiyiMatch account, your cloud progress, your player profile and name, and your leaderboard entries. If you used Sign in with Apple, access is also revoked. You can keep playing as a guest afterward. Your Apple or Google account itself is not deleted.
On some Android versions, this button opens our website instead; if so, use the email option below.
Can't open the app or delete it there? Email asalazars1951@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete WiyiMatch account.” Never send your password or sign-in codes.
