Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of our Spanish privacy notice (Aviso de privacidad). If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
Who is responsible and how to contact us
Alfredo Salazar Sanchez, based in Mexico, is responsible for the personal data related to WiyiMatch: Match & Cook (Wiyi Games). Contact: asalazars1951@gmail.com.
Data we use
You can sign in with Apple or Google. If you sign in with Google, we use the account identification data provided by that service, such as an identifier, name, and email address. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address (which may be a private Apple relay address). We store a player name, level progress, scores, stars, booster inventory, and in-game points balance. If you play without signing in, your progress is saved on your device.
To understand how the game is played and improve it, the app sends gameplay events such as “level completed” to Google Firebase Analytics. These events don't include your name, email, or player name. Firebase may link them to an app installation identifier and technical device data (model, operating system, approximate country).
WiyiMatch shows ads through Google AdMob. Ad services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, technical device information, and ad interactions, according to their settings and the applicable permissions or consents. On iPhone, the app asks for your permission before using the advertising identifier for tracking; if you don't allow it, ads may be less personalized. This game doesn't request sensitive personal data, precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera.
How we use it
- To sign you in and save or restore your cloud progress.
- To show your player name and score on weekly, monthly, and all-time leaderboards to other players with leaderboard access.
- To run the game, boosters, ads, support, and privacy requests.
- To measure game usage in aggregate (for example, how many players complete each level) to improve it.
- To protect the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
This version doesn't let you exchange points for money, gift cards, or products. We don't use account data to send promotional emails.
Third-party services
We use Google Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, and usage analytics (Firebase Analytics); Google AdMob for ads; and Apple and Google for sign-in. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which may log technical access data such as IP address. These providers may process information outside Mexico. We don't sell your personal data. Information may be disclosed to authorities when legally required. If an additional transfer requiring consent is needed, we'll ask for it first.

Age
WiyiMatch is intended for people 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Where required by applicable law, minors must have a parent's or guardian's permission for their data to be processed. If you believe we received a minor's data without the necessary permission, contact us so we can review it.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data for as long as it's needed to provide the service. You can delete your account and data in the game: go to My adventure or the ⋯ menu and tap Delete my account and data. This deletes your Firebase account, cloud progress, profile, and leaderboard scores; if you used Sign in with Apple, it also revokes access to your Apple ID, and you continue as a guest. You can also request deletion by email through our account deletion page. Signing out or uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account or cloud progress. Deletion doesn't delete your Apple or Google account. Data that must be kept by law or to establish legal responsibilities is limited to that purpose for the applicable period and then deleted. Data processed independently by providers is governed by their own policies.
Your rights and choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or objection (ARCO rights under Mexican law), withdraw consent, or limit the use or disclosure of your data by emailing asalazars1951@gmail.com with the subject “WiyiMatch Privacy.” Describe your request and include a way to contact you. To help us find your account, include the linked email and, if you know it, your player name. We'll only ask for what's needed to verify your identity or authority; we'll never ask for your password or sign-in codes. We'll respond within the applicable legal time frames.
Playing without signing in keeps your progress on your device. You can manage ad preferences and device permissions through the options in the game and in your iOS or Android settings. Withdrawing consent may prevent features that depend on that data.
Security and changes
We use access controls and technical measures to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security. We'll post changes to this policy at this address with the update date, and ask for additional consent when required.
