Delete your account and data

Here's how to delete your Wiyi Shake Sort (by Wiyi Games) account and the data linked to it. The fastest way is from inside the game.

Option 1: in the game (Android and iPhone)

  1. Open Wiyi Shake Sort while signed in (with Google or Apple).
  2. Go to Settings and scroll down to My account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and data and confirm both prompts.
  4. Confirm it's you with your Google or Apple account when the game asks.
  5. When it's done, you'll see a message that your account was deleted, and you keep playing as a guest.

Deletion happens right away. If something goes wrong (for example, no connection), the game lets you know and your account stays as it was, so you can try again.

Option 2: by email

  1. Email asalazars1951@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete Wiyi Shake Sort account” and tell us whether you signed in with Google or Apple.
  3. If we need to verify that the account is yours, we'll contact you by email. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

Request deletion by email

If you don't have an email app set up, copy the address above and send the request from your email service. Email requests are handled manually within the applicable legal time frames; you can check the status by replying to the same thread.

What gets deleted

Your Google or Apple account is not deleted.

What is kept

Progress saved on your device is kept so you can keep playing as a guest. To erase it too, use Settings > Reset progress, uninstall the app, or clear its data in your phone settings. Uninstalling alone doesn't delete your account.

Only information required by law or needed to establish legal responsibilities may be kept, with limited access and use for the applicable period. Data processed independently by providers such as Google AdMob is governed by their own policies. More details in our privacy policy.
