Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of our Spanish privacy notice (Aviso de privacidad). If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

Who is responsible and how to contact us

Alfredo Salazar Sanchez, based in Mexico, is responsible for the personal data related to Wiyi Shake Sort (Wiyi Games). Contact: asalazars1951@gmail.com.

Data we use

You can play without an account. As a guest, your progress (levels, stars, coins, decorations, characters and settings) is saved only on your device.

Optional sign-in. You can sign in with Google (Android and iPhone) or Apple (iPhone). If you sign in with Google, we receive that account's identification data, such as an identifier, your name and your email address. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email (which may be a private Apple relay address). This data is stored in Google Firebase Authentication.

In this version, your game progress stays on your device even when you sign in; it isn't uploaded to the cloud. If a future version adds cloud backup, it will be stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) linked to your account, and we'll update this policy.

Ads. Wiyi Shake Sort shows ads through Google AdMob. Ad services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address (which allows an approximate location), technical device information, diagnostic data and ad interactions, according to their settings and the applicable permissions or consents. On iPhone, the app asks for your permission before using the advertising identifier for tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings.

Sensors. The “Shake” booster can use your phone's motion sensor to detect when you shake it. That data is used only on your device and is never sent to a server.

We don't use our own analytics tools. The game doesn't request sensitive personal data, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera. This version has no real-money purchases: coins are earned by playing and can only be used in the game.

How we use it

• To identify you when you sign in and let you sign out or delete your account.
• To show ads, including optional ads that give in-game rewards.
• To handle support and privacy requests.
• To protect the service, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

We don't use account data to send promotional emails.

Third-party services

We use Google Firebase (authentication and database), Google AdMob (ads), and Apple and Google (sign-in). Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which may log technical access data such as IP address. These providers may process information outside Mexico. We don't sell your personal data. Information may be disclosed to authorities when legally required. If an additional transfer requiring consent is needed, we'll ask for it first.

Age

Wiyi Shake Sort is intended for people 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Where required by applicable law, minors must have a parent's or guardian's permission for their data to be processed. If you believe we received a minor's data without the necessary permission, contact us so we can review it.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as it's needed to provide the service. You can delete your account and data in the game: go to Settings, scroll down to My account and tap Delete my account and data. This deletes your Firebase account and any account data stored in the cloud; if you used Sign in with Apple, it also revokes access to your Apple ID. You then keep playing as a guest. You can also request deletion by email through our account deletion page.

Progress saved on your device isn't erased when you delete your account. To erase it, use Settings > Reset progress, uninstall the app, or clear its data in your phone settings. Signing out or uninstalling doesn't delete your account. Deletion doesn't delete your Apple or Google account. Data that must be kept by law or to establish legal responsibilities is limited to that purpose for the applicable period and then deleted. Data processed independently by providers such as Google AdMob is governed by their own policies.

Your rights and choices

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection (ARCO rights under Mexican law), withdraw consent, or limit the use or disclosure of your data by emailing asalazars1951@gmail.com with the subject “Wiyi Shake Sort Privacy.” Describe your request and include a way to contact you. To help us find your account, include the linked email. We'll only ask for what's needed to verify your identity or authority; we'll never ask for your password or sign-in codes. We'll respond within the applicable legal time frames.

Playing without signing in keeps all your progress on your device. You can manage ad preferences and device permissions in your iOS or Android settings. Withdrawing consent may prevent features that depend on that data.

Security and changes

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and we use access controls and technical measures to protect it. No system can guarantee absolute security. We'll post changes to this policy at this address with the update date, and ask for additional consent when required.
